Luanhe-Tianjin Water Diversion Project is of vital importance for social and economic development of Tianjin.For safe water supply,a digital video network composed of monitoring station,sub-central station and central station is set up through modern digital video technology and computer IP network.Video monitoring points are arranged reasonably and subject to remote control in hierarchy.Important structures such as pump station,open channel and gate station along the route of water delivery and water delivery facilities are monitored through video in real time.
