When we survey land resource working,we perhaps meet lots of coordinates data conversion problems.The paper studies deeply on coordinates data conversion in many kinds of reference frame,describes its methods and processes in detail.And then,the paper explains the key technique in the processes and analysis the dependability and practicability of method by example.The research will serve the using of the result of second national land survey.
