The Exchange Software of the html to xml Base on Dynamic Circulating Corpus

The characteristics of HTML and XML were analyzed.Some disadvantages of the current html-xml exchange software were pointed out.Based on Dynamic Circulating Corpus,a new html-xml exchange software were designed and achieved with object oriented method,such as Java.It was shown that this software can run without single platform.Test Cases in the software do the corresponding tests to achieve the desired effect.
