Signal Acquirement Method of Single Pair-Pole Encoder

Compared with the optical encoder,magnetic encoder has the advantages of simple structure and it can be less affected by the external influences,but it has lower accuracy and resolution.For the single-pole magnetic encoder,this paper designed a new magnet structure.And the magnetic-field distribution and the law around magnet was deduced on theory and analyzed by finite element analysis,about the section of the theory,it is derived from the magnetic dipole field strength,used ANSYS to finite element analysis.Then calculated with the results of the experimen,it was so detailed that can be the appropriate signal for the it program determined.Thus,the design lays a good foundation for the subsequent signal processing.
