This paper analysis a threetier B/S structure based on J2EE and some key J2EE technologies used to build a B2B Ecommerce platform. According to the development of certain tobacco vocation's B2B Ecommerce system, this paper discusses how to construct the basic framework of a B2B Ecommerce platform on the condition of J2EE.
