Scientific management method should not only follow the generic project management method,but also carry out informatization management according to the features about their information projects.Besides,EA is the foundational framework and principle for information projects constructions.Therefore,to ensure the quality and progress of the information project construction,the scientific management method should take both the project and the informatization management into account.Discusses the approaches and key points about how can EA and typical PMBOK be used in information project management.
