Intelligent Evaluation Management Systems Based on Synergetics of Soft Computing and Its Application

Intelligent management systems for evaluation of science research projects based on synergetics of soft computing that is the technology integrated with fuzzy systems,neural networks,genetic algorithms and rough sets is introduced. Some ways to the intelligent systems by software engineering are given. It shows feasibility and validity of the systems in application, and could be applied to other intelligent management systems.
