Adapting Situation and Making Management of Seismological Scientific and Technological File Better

The information age and reform on scientific and technological system put forward new request for seismic technological file management.In the paper,the experiences of people,engaged in scientific and technological file management,on how to adapt the situation request are described.It concludes that only through strengthening studies,improving the working skill continuously,developing information resources of seismological file actively and heightening the value of usage of it,the new situation with better serving for earthquake resistance and disaster preparedness and seismological research can be inaugurated.
