Language Resources and Language Problems:A Restudy of Language Resources

In recent years,there has been more concern on while the past understanding of language as a has lost its ground.In fact,language has its duality either as a resource or a problem,and both rely on each other for development.The paper from the theoretical and practical perspectives discusses the relationship between language resources and language problems and the formation,expression;classification and transformation of language resources as well as language safety plus a definition on problem and safety.
