Realization of direct connecting NE project inmobile traffic network management system

In order to meet the requirement of centralized maintenance in China Mobile Corporation,it is necessary to reconstruct the current mobile traffic network management system.and to reinforce the security and usability of the function of alarming supervising and the maintenance.This paper introduces the direct connecting NE project of mobile traffic network management system to meet with such requirement.The direct connecting NE project of mobile traffic network management system is taken in Chengdu as an example to present the implementing process of such project in detail.
