Measurement for Displacement of the Submerged Building

After the large building which was constructed in shipyard is submerged on undersea piers,its weight will push the basic piers to go down clearly in the initial period.In order to know the displacement data of the submerged building,we must survey its location.The submerged building can not be observed directly by total station and its location is known by means of three tower targets.Through the observation work of one undersea building which supplies water for a power plant,the measurement theory and displacement line of the submersed building are offered.
