A Row Column Partnership and Recurrence Displacement Scrambling Method for Digital Image

This paper presented a scrambling method for digital image by row and column respectively.The key series that generated by Chebshev chaos mapping will decide the choosing style and number of moving.This scrambling method is random and diversified and the image can be recovered when the secret key is right.
