Implementation of Relative Delay Guarantee on Apache Server

According to the theory of feedback control,the authors design a feedback controller and implement the Relative Delay Guarantee on Apache Web Server for Windows.The feedback controller can dynamically allocate and adjust the number of service threads for different type of clients according to their relative delay requirements.Simulation indicates that relative delay guarantee can be achieved on the modified server even if the number of clients is changed abruptly.
