Thin Server—Rich Client Distributed Search Engines Design

Traditional server-centered search engines can't meet the need of information query in the future.In order to improve the recall and precision of search engine,a thin server—rich client distributed search engine model is proposed,which completes user's information retrieval by server side and client side cooperating together.Therefore the resource of all distributed agents can be made the best use so as to gain optimal effect on the whole.Experiments prove that performance of this model is better.
