Simulation of Space-Time Block Code in MIMO System

Space-time code,in combination of channel coding and diversity technique,is a new coding and signal processing method.It could,without increasing the bandwidth,greatly improve the information capacity and transmitting rate in wireless communication system,thus providing much higher spectrum efficiency than the conventional single antenna system.With time-varying Rayleigh multipath channel model under generalized uncorrelated scattering,the space-time block code in MIMO system is simulated,and the results show that OSTBC is better than Alamouti in BER performance.
