Design and application of generic data acquisition and supervisory control software framework based on data engine

Due to the differences in the way of heterogeneous data collection and data structure in the data acquisition and supervisory control software, as well as the diversity pattern in data interaction and the frequently data change rules, data integrating and managing process have become very complicated. By analyzing the characteristics of the data sources, the data engine has been adopted to collect and seal the data source, which enables the application program can be accessed in a united and high-efficient way. Meanwhile, the engine container has been introduced to intelligently manage the access of data engine for multiple kinds of visual software.Finally, the generic data acquisition and supervisory control software framework based on data engine has been put forward, which has already been applied to PC software for servo press. Comparing with conventional developing mode, the flexibility and extensibility have been greatly improved.
