A Full Search Motion Estimation Algorithm for Collateral Implementation

In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed, which can efficiently decompose the task of full search motion estimation into some sub-tasks, and distribute them to some coprocessors to be fulfilled. High quality video encoding can be achieved ultimately by these coprocessors work.
