This paper probes into the Content Construction of University's subject librarian-oriented institutional repository,and points out that the subject librarians,who possesses some unique advantages in aspects of propagandizing university's institutional repository,policy-making,resources collecting,quality controlling and application/service,can provide some helps in the content construction of university's institutional repository.
