Based on aggregating of ISO9000 family, ARIS and IDEF0 modeling methodology, the modeling technique focused on process quality-the two modeling approaches of management systems for enterprise logistics was provided based on IDEF9000. Features of two modeling approaches were compared and analyzed via a modeling case, and it was validated that the modeling technique is feasible. The technique is helpful not only to constructing management systems for enterprise logistics and harmonizing enterprise modeling activities but also to integrating software systems for computers. Specially, the technique is very useful in constructing complex logistics systems based on co-operating.
