A Logical Inquiry into Testification of Investigational Practice

Testification of investigational practice is composed of the person be proved, prover, method of proving, which are the three fundamental elements. These three fundamental elements are the application of the three fundamental elements of logical demonstration into the investigational testification, so they must abide by the requisitions which logical demonstration aims to its three fundamental elements, and complies with the corresponding rules of logical inference. Thus, in the investigational practice, the testification that investigational evidence supports or weakens investigational hypothesis by a certain investigational rensoning method can be studied in the framework of logic.
