This paper studies and discusses the statistical analysis method of machining error,the theory of distribution graph and dot graph analysis and uses the technology of data bank and module to develop this software by which the statistical analysis of machining error is realized with the aid of computer so that quality control is more accurate,fast and effective.The function and designing process of software system is expounded through an example.
