Time-frequency Conditions of Multiwavelets and Multiscaling with Different Support of Each Component

This paper presents the time-frequency expressions for symmetrical multiwavelets and multiscaling with different support of each component by two-scale equations and symmetrical conditions.It also gives conditions when they are causal filters for many practical applications.So,these conditions are helpful to constructing multiwavelets.
