Protein-protein interactions network PSE based on web service

To enable researchers on PIN(protein-protein interactions network) to share large amounts of biological data efficiently and use kinds of tools and methods conveniently,the protein-protein interactions network PSE based on web service is mentioned.First,after analyzing the characteristics of protein-protein interactions network research,the protein-protein interactions network PSE must use the web service technology.Then,the system structure of the PSE is given,which is based on SOA(service-oriented architecture) that enables the PSE to be expanded easily.Finally,validity of the protein-protein interactions network PSE is verified by experiment.
