Way for anti-fitting of sensor’s nonlinear and realization of correction

Based on nonlinear open-cycle correction principle,an algorithm for correcting the sensor’s nonlinear based on minimum square law’s anti-fitting with power is advanced,then the correcting device is designed by using programmable analog devices.Based on nonlinear correction,this correction method has the advantage high-accuracy,high-speed and easily realization,it is very effective.
