Computation Analysis of Informationization Level of Cities in Ningxia

Compared with the average of the whole nation,the level of informationization in Ningxia cities is 29 percent lower at present.The key factors preventing informationization are as follows: the owning ratio of linear databank and WWW websites are too low;the financial environment,modern market economy and development of knowledge economy are incompatible;the scale of modern information industry is small;the information consumption of urban citizens is too low.
