Decouple Filtering Algorithm in Spherical Coordinates

A new decoupling filtering algorithm is given in this paper.The discrete state equations are extended to a new 3 dimensional spherical coordinates in which filtering is performed.The CA model and CV model are interacted in three channels Monte Carlo simulations show that this algorthm improves tracking performance for maneuvering targets.
