REAL TIME SERIAL COMMUNICATION BASED ON WINDOWS

This paper suggests a real time serial communication model that works in hardware interrupt in the windows.According to the feature of different computer languages,we have used Borland C ++ to do the program that can not only operate to I/O directly but also do hard interrupt program to receive data through Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE),these data are sent to another management program which has been done in Delphi.
