The paper is a pilot study on the problem of collaborative user profile acquisition.Under the background of the knowledge sharing and communicating on Web2.0,the paper starts from the basic concept of user profile;discusses the relationship between query and user profile;and introduces the acquisition methods,collaborative filtering and the acquisition method of user profile in Web environment.
