The Fuzzy and Comprehensive Assessment of the Effects of Application of Instruments and Facilities in Colleges and Universities

Based on the factors that influence the effects of application of instruments and facilities in Colleges and Universities,this paper constructs tentatively an index system for the assessment of these effects by the employment of set,weight and fuzzy mathematics,and thereby puts forward a comprehensive,scientific,feasible and objective method for the institutions to assess these effects.
