Research of RS232 Interface Communication for the UC70D Multimeter

Not only multimeter is the characteristic of normal multimeter,but also it is very good on measure precision,there is the RS232 interface,it is good at measure field.The design parses the transmittal command of the UC70D multimeter,also set out the hardware theory chart and a part of programs,The design is very good on the system.
