Analyzing the Problems and Solutions of File Access Control Insecret-involved Network

Intranet brought not only the convenience of information sharing for many enterprise and institutions,but also the new challenges towards the file access controlling as the same.Aiming the security issues about secret intranet file ferry,the approach for the secret intranet files and the current control methods were analyzed at first.Then the existing problems were promoted,and the corresponding safety risks were analyzed.Basing above,the technical solution and managing method about secret intranet file access control problems were promoted.Besides,a file in-out control sysytem based on digital envelope.By this means,the security of intranet file would be enhance to a certain extent.
