Reanalysis of the Events of the Nuclear Power Plants——Exploring with the Coding Method

The purpose of this study was to explore the organizational factors with the coding method.This method could help to change the qualitative data to quantitative data which could be analyzed further.The result of χ2 test indicated that the violation and the variables about non-technical training,such as wardship failure,administration system rules and procedures,emergence training,safety culture training,attitude,and responsibility were mentioned more frequently in the unsuccessfully dealt events than in the successfully dealt events.
