An Exploration into the Undergraduates' Network Quality

As a newly burgeoning mass communicative tool,network is influencing people's life gradually in a rapid way,push our society progressively.And network plays an important role in college students' obtaining information and showing solocitude for social dynastic development;however,the negative sides of network show themselves gradually as times progress.Owing to these factors,this paper explores the way to cultivate undergraduates' network quality.
