An Improvement of the Authenticated Encryption Ma-Chen Program Certificated Publicly

In the existing authentication and encryption program,if the signer denies his signatures to any other receiver cannot verify the honesty of the signature verification.To solve this problem,an effective public Ma-Chen proposed certification authenticated encryption schemes.But the article proved their program could not resist attacks based on the special one-way hash function.dishonest purposes of any information that can successfully forged signature of the signature;and then only on solving the discrete logarithm problem,and increase information on the basis of redundancy,an improvement of the program.Improvement is not only not forged,undeniable and confidential nature.and the computational complexity is much better than Ma-Chen program.
