Research on E-business Model

E-business model is critical to the survival and development of network enterprises. This paper summarizes the concepts of business model and e-business model. Seven kinds of e-business model classification schemes are analyzed and evaluated. It is concluded that the classification based on the value chain is a good reference to select and create an e-business model. A general thought of how to select and create an e-business model using this classification is also given.
