A Study on the EbXML-based Multi-agent System for E-commerce

E-commerce is a distributed computing environment with dynamic relationships among a large number of autonomous service requesters, brokers and providers. With the development of multi-agent intelligent system and the wide application of ebXML standard, the combination of the two technologies become the best choice to create an E-commerce platform. For B2B this paper proposes an ebXML-based multi-agent system, designs and analyses the dynamic structure and transaction submitting mechanism, and chooses ebXML document model as communication protocols and data document model, in order to implement a widely-used E-commerce platform.
