Study on VRLA Capacity Detection Based on the Power Supply Monitoring System

Using the VRLA discharge voltage and discharge current from switching mode communication power supply,the paper proposed a VRLA capacity detection algorithm based on the power supply monitoring system.Through the algorithm we can form a VRLA accumulator performance analysis journaling and prewarning information to guide the VRLA daily maintenance work and increase the maintenance efficiency.
