The associated system of electronic duplicate of business license and Certificate Authority was researched,and electronic duplicate of business license and Certificate Authority's function was also defined.Then the whole framework of license issue system was designed.At last electronic duplicate of business license and digital certificate's business combined link and workflow was studied,that gave a technology explore for electronic duplicate of business license system and CA associated applications.
