Research on Protecting Citizen's Right to Privacy from the View of Information Investigation

Information investigation as a new investigative mode plays an important role in the investigation practice,but due to the lack of necessary protection of right to privacy in the information investigation,citizen's right to privacy is likely to be violated.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the legal regulation of information investigation,establish investigative organs' internal prevention and control mechanisms,establish relief mechanism of the right to privacy in the information investigation and enhance investigators' protection awareness of the right to privacy,so as to realize the win-win situation between crime control and the protection of human rights.
