In this sudy,18 strains of Actinomycetes were screened from intertidal zone sediment of Tang Island Bay.After rescreening on the oily wastewater,a strain named Y-3 with high flocculanting activity was obtained and identified as Streptomyces.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimum medium composition was obtained as follows:ethanol as carbon source, yeast as nitrogen source, low salinity. The optimum cultural conditions were obtained as follows: cultural temperature of 30 ℃,initial pH value of 7.0,ethanol amount of 35 mL·(L sea water)-1,rotation speed of 130 r·min-1.The bioflocculant had good effect on oily wastewater with flocculating rate of 92.76% against kaolin clay suspension under the optimum conditions.
