Study on LCC-based operation and maintenance resource prediction method

The operation and maintenance link of the substation equipments is decomposed and analyzed based on the theory of life cycle cost(LCC). According to the general rules of the equipments operation,and rules and regulations of operation and maintenance,and the practical work,the appropriate prediction methods are respectively established for the operation demands of differentiation operation and maintenance,periodic inspection and maintenance,fault elimination and fault handing to scientifically estimate the operation demands of the equipments LCC operation and maintenance. The operation and maintenance resource prediction model was established by combining the operation and maintenance production quota. The model can access the resource requirements including person,machine,materials and amount of the future operation and maintenance link,realize the plan ahead of the operation and maintenance resource allocation,optimize the resource allocation,promote the overall operation and maintenance management level,and guarantee the safe and reliable running of the power grid.
