Four Techniques on Application of Office

Office software is used widely and Particularly Word and Excel are the first choice of user. This article introduces some techniques in the application of Word and Excel, which include filling automaticly, using personal normal in the Word, ranking automaticly by using Rank( ) function and selecting question randomly by using Rand( ) function in the Excel.
