Water supply network dispatcher's system based on SCADA and GIS technology

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition - SCADA can control , monitor , collects the equipment data from long-distance and send it to the control center. Geographical Information System--- GIS has such data abilities as catches, management, operation, analyses of correlating with space data and as well as setting up model of analyzing and guiding SCADA real-time data that the system output into the model. It can also increase accuracy and real-time character on the basis of various kinds of space data and strengthen visual analytical capacity.
