Firstly,the banking credit card promissory shops is analyed necessarily with credit card operation and promissory shops de-velopment at present.Then the ID3 arithmetic one of base decision tree arithmetic is shown.The method and process of analyize are shown from dada pretreatment including property concept hierarchies to building decision tree based on information gain in detail.At lastly,discussion of analytical result and strategy how to enhance CRM by promisssory shops analyize is put forward.The results show that banking credit card promissory shops analyize is helpful to the benefit of credit card.
