Double Backup Solid-state Storage System Design Based on the NAND-type Flash

A system with NAND type FLASH memory as a core is designed which can collect and storage highspeed,high-capacity data. The modular design concept is used,selecting of field-programmable gate array( FPGA)as a logic control device,to High-frequency debounce with telemetry data and control double FLASH parallel storage,while achieving FLASH self power-off protection. On Storage module using binoculars potting protection technology,are effectly protected the experimental results. Hardware circuit,logic timing and test results are show.
