One Smooth Constrained Block Matching Method over Integer Arithmetic

In the digital video compact coding technology,in order to eliminate the redundant data between the contiguous frames of the video sequence,the minimal mean absolute differences matching method and the smooth constrained minimal mean absolute differences matching algorithm are improved.One integer arithmetic dependent and smooth constrained block matching algorithm is yielded.The smooth constraint conditions is redesigned.One new search matching function is stated and a simulation experiment is performed.It is indicated from the experiment result that this algorithm can efficiently reduce the average search points/block,increase the PSNR and decrease the average bits/pixel.
