Design of the Environmental Information System for the Tidal Flat of the Yangtze Estuary

Based on the analysis of the necessity and urgency of upbuilding the environmental information system for the tidal flat of the Yangtze Estuary, this paper concludes the total object and technological routine of this information system, and expatiates the developmental thinking on the COM technology.
