Fitting the Nose Edge Based on Canny Operater and 3-order Based Spline Curve

Nose is one of the most important feature in the face.But it is often ignored because of the influence of illumination.This paper is on the assumption that the regoin of face and the position of eyes have been found.We can locate the position of nose,canny operator is chose to detect the edge information.The 3-order based spline curve is use to simulate the border of nose after positioning the character points.The experimental results prove the validity and accurately of this method.
