Discussion on the relation between segmented functions and primary functions

The relation between the primary function and the segmented funation is discussed.First a segmentation function can be a primary function.Second,almost all the important segmented functions which are primary functions are taken for examples.At last,some personal views on the definition of primary functions are put forward.
