The functions of electronic map such as browse,management of user customization,document transmission and audit,automatic data acquisition and calculation,data input,issue of scheduling instruction from the sub-center etc.can be realized with B/S structure system.At present,such a system is operating in the management of Shule River Basin with a significant effect.This system will be gradually perfected for the relevant existed problems and finally plays an important role in the irrigation management concerned.
